Meet the Management Team
DENNIS J. WOODS
President
Mr. Woods assumed the role of President of Eagle in 2021 and is a member of Eagle’s Board of Directors. He joined the organization in 2018, in conjunction with the acquisition of Perennial Environmental Services, LLC, which he founded and was a Managing Partner and President.
Dennis has over 20 years of experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors and has been involved with hundreds of projects from initial development through execution. Prior to founding Perennial, he worked for a large energy company and in various roles as a consultant, which gives him unique management perspective and understanding of Eagle’s service offerings.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin and both a Master of Science degree in Environmental Management and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston- Clear Lake.
LOUIS BEREZOVSKY
Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer
Louis joined Eagle Infrastructure Services in July of 2013 and leads the Finance and Accounting, M&A, Human Resources, Legal and IT functions. He has more than 25 years of experience in senior financial management positions across a variety of industries including 20 years of working in private equity sponsored portfolio companies. His accomplishments include the completion more than 60 acquisitions as well as multiple recapitalizations and successful sale processes.
Prior to joining Eagle, Louis previously served as EVP and CFO of ABRA Auto Body and Glass, CFO of ConvergeOne and the CFO of AIR-serv.
After receiving his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management, he began his career at a Minneapolis based CPA firm. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). He has also served as a member of the Board of Directors and as the Chairman of the Finance Committee for the Better Business Bureau of Minnesota and North Dakota since 2012.
MATT CHENEY
President, Applied Consultants
Matt Cheney currently serves as President and CEO of Applied Consultants, working across a broad portfolio of Domestic and International Energy Solutions. In his role, Matt drives the growth strategy for the energy sector of industry which combines oil and gas, energy storage and renewable capabilities.
Matt has over 20 years of experience with various leadership roles in project management, operations, inspection services, maintenance and safety trainings. He began his career in the Oil and Gas Industry with Kodiak Construction in Rock Springs, Wyoming, starting as a roustabout worker, equipment operator advanced to a field supervisor and construction foreman. Matt joined Applied Consultants in 2005 where he has served as a Construction Coordinator, General Manager, Operations Manager, Vice President of Operations and was promoted to President and CEO of Applied Consultants in 2013. During his presidency, Applied Consultants, Inc. was awarded as the Leading Consultancy Company in the energy industry and has been recognized many times as the best service provider by all its clients. While Matt was attending Brigham Young University he served as the Vice President of the Construction Club. Matt holds Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Brigham Young University.
MATT KESNER
President, Cleveland Integrity Services
Mr. Kesner has 32 years of combined experience in the construction, operations, and management side of piping system installations, maintenance, rehabilitation, inspection, quality control, and management in the pipeline industry as well as municipal/civil fields. He began his career working in the pipeline and associated facilities industry for major contractors as a journeyman Apprentice in 1986 before working for a major engineering and construction management firm for over 14 years. He has worked with engineers, owners, and contractors to plan, estimate, bid, schedule and execute quality projects. He began recruiting and staffing in the oil and natural gas inspection industry in 2009 and has successfully progressed through the management hierarchy as a Manager, Sr. Manager, and Vice President of Operations before accepting his present position as President of Cleveland Integrity Services, Inc.
STEVEN WRIGHT
President, Encompass Services
As President of Encompass Services, Mr. Wright has 13 years of experience serving in the chief executive role for industry leading civil survey providers. Beyond that, Mr. Wright has over 20 years of distinguished service with major operating companies such as TransCanada, Northern Natural Gas and Williams Transco in which he served in field and operational capacities. Mr. Wright is a Professional Land Surveyor with over 40 years of industry experience, and is licensed in multiple states throughout the country. Through his guidance and direction, Encompass has grown to over 300 full time employees and over 100 survey crews in under six short years.
JONATHAN FREDLAND
President, Perennial Environmental Services
In September of 2021, Jonathan Fredland transitioned from Vice President of Operations to his current role as Perennial President. For over a decade, Jonathan has contributed to Perennial’s growth, serving roles of advancing leadership since joining the team in 2011 as a field biologist. He has more than 15 years of experience in natural resource management, environmental permitting, and environmental construction compliance, as well as operations leadership and management. Jonathan has managed an array of projects throughout North America ranging from small-scale land development to large, high-profile, multi-year linear projects. He is adept at navigating multi-disciplinary teams through complex regulatory situations and providing sound regulatory solutions to Perennial’s clients.
Prior to joining Perennial, Jonathan earned a degree in Biology from Texas A&M University and worked as a wildlife biologist, crew leader, and research technician for public, private, and non-profit entities.
LAURA VILLA
General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer
Laura Villa recently joined Eagle Infrastructure Services. as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Laura is responsible for the legal affairs of the organization as well as its compliance programs and policies. Laura has practiced law for over 20 years focusing her practice on mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, corporate law, international law and employment law.
Prior to joining Eagle Infrastructure Services, Laura served as General Counsel and Chief Human Resources Officer for Linestar Integrity Services, LLC. Laura was Senior Vice-President of Human Resources for Aegion Corporation where she also served as Legal Counsel. Prior to Aegion Corporation, Laura was General Counsel and Director, Human Resources for bioMerieux, Inc. Laura started her legal career in the corporate law department of Armstrong, Teasdale in St. Louis.
Laura graduated from St. Louis University with a B.A. in Political Science and French and obtained her Juris Doctorate from Notre Dame School of Law.
JENNY LACY
Corporate Director of Human Resources
As a long-time team member within Applied & Cleveland, Jenny Lacy’s position as Corporate Director of HR for Eagle Infrastructure Services comes with a record of implementing new and progressive ideas.
Jenny Lacy joined Applied Consultants in 2006 where she utilized her experience in office administration, software support/development with documentation & instructional writing to enhance Applied’s processes. During her tenure with Applied, Jenny has handled Payroll, Billing, AP, AR, HR, Benefits and P&C Insurance. Having managed in each of those areas, she has spent significant time working with Accounting, Safety & collaborating with Operations.
Jenny is active in the local community, including work as a church youth group leader & volunteering through Partners in Prevention. With Forever Friends, she strives to inspire young girls to develop into leaders by building trusting relationships that transforms lives. She brings the compassion from her life into the work world, making HR more about the human and not just the resource.
MICHELLE WYMAN
Director of Business Development
As Director of Business Development of Eagle Infrastructure, Michelle oversees all executive level marketing and business development strategies, with a focus on commercial culture development and cross-marketing between the Eagle Business Units throughout multiple industries.
Michelle joined the Eagle team after 8 years with Encompass and works directly with internal Eagle stakeholders to establish customized, project specific solutions to meet the commercial and operational needs for each of our clients prior to project inception.
Michelle is a 4-year combat veteran of the United States Air Force and served in Iraq and Qatar during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Entrepreneurship from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and an Executive MBA from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business. She is also an Advisory Board Member for a non-profit, Reading Partners Colorado.
JEFF CRAIG
Corporate Director of Health and Safety
Jeff Craig joined Eagle Infrastructure Services in September of 2018 and leads the Health, Safety and Environmental programs. He has worked in the construction & safety industry since 2006 with a focus on safety management for various major oil and gas companies including but not limited to, Chesapeake, EnLink, Anadarko, Phillips 66, OneOK, Spectra, Select Energy, Koch, Valero, DOW, Kinder Morgan and others in the Haynesville Shale, Woodford, Eagle Ford and Permian Basin. Jeff is an evaluator for NCCER & Veriforce and a commissioned firefighter with TCFP.
Prior to join Eagle Infrastructure Services, Jeff held positions as a safety inspector and Director of Safety role with Applied. He is familiar with NFPA, ANSI, API standards as well as CFR title 49 parts 192, 195 and 199 codes and specifications. Attending both Kilgore Jr. College and Texas A&M University majoring in Biomedical Science and Veterinary Medicine. Today his focus is on safety management, emergency medical services and firefighting.
GLO HU
Corporate E-business Manager
Glo joined Eagle Infrastructure Services through Applied Consultants, Inc. in August 2014 as an eBusiness Manager. Glo is responsible for the web-based aspects of business functions, which include digital marketing, website design and development, creative design, and technological needs. She leads digital project collaboration for continuous improvement of the employment hiring system and develops digital strategies to effectively execute and collect data. Her portfolio includes providing services to higher education institutions, businesses, and corporations.
Before joining Applied, Glo worked as an Instructional Designer for Howard College and as a Creative Director for Lilium Creative Solutions and Indigo Design Marketing Solutions in Minnesota. Glo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Brigham Young University, graduating magna cum laude. She also holds a Master's Degree in Education, concentrating in Instructional Design and Technology, from Texas A&M University.
